With their booking, customers recognise the validity of these General Terms and Conditions of the Aurélie Secret Escort agency.

1. booking enquiry and booking

The agency arranges escorts for a temporary and paid accompaniment to customers. For this, the agency receives a commission from the escorts. The escorts offer their services in their own name and for their own account, i.e. they are independent contractors. Payments for the services of the escorts are made exclusively to them, not to the agency. All details of the escorts’ services are agreed between the escorts and their clients. The contract is only concluded after consultation with the desired escorts and an order confirmation by e-mail or, if necessary, by telephone confirmation by the agency. New customers should contact the agency by telephone before making their first booking. Minors may not use the agency’s services. The agency reserves the right to ask callers who appear particularly young to present a copy of their ID to verify that they are of legal age. If they do not comply with this request, no mediation can take place.

2. obligations of the agency/liability

The agency endeavours to conclude a contract between the client and the desired escort. It is pointed out that pictorial and textual representations of the escorts are based on their information and templates. The agency cannot assume any liability for the accuracy of this information and templates.

The escorts act on their own responsibility and are not vicarious agents of the agency. The agency accepts no liability for the type, manner or quality of the service provided. The agency is generally not liable for the actions of the escorts.

In all other respects, the following liability provisions shall apply: The agency shall be liable without limitation if the customer suffers damage due to the agency’s fault – intent or gross negligence. The Agency shall be liable for the slightly negligent breach of material obligations, the breach of which jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the Client regularly relies. In this respect, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Insofar as the liability of the agency is excluded or limited, this shall also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents.

3. fee/payment methods

In the profiles of the individual escorts you will find detailed information on the fee and any travelling expenses incurred. Clients hand over the agreed fee to the escorts in an unsealed envelope at the beginning of the date. All costs incurred (e.g. for travelling, meals, drinks/tickets for events, etc.) are borne by the client.

BIn the case of bookings with a total duration of 48 hours or more or a longer journey, a deposit of the agreed fee may be required. The agency will inform the customer of this separately at the time of booking. In this case, the deposit will be transferred to an account of the agency. The payment will be received by the agency in trust and forwarded to the respective escort lady. Before booking an escort lady for a longer period of time, the agency recommends getting to know her beforehand.

The dates can easily be extended with the agreement of the escorts. The fee for the extension must be paid to the escort at the beginning of the date.

4. Cancellation

Dates that have already been arranged can be cancelled by customers up to 24 hours before the start of the date by email or telephone. If a deposit has already been paid, this will be offset against a further booking within 8 weeks of the cancellation. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the start of the date, the agency will retain any deposit paid without an alternative date being arranged.

If customers do not attend the date without prior notification to the agency, the full amount due for the date must be paid. Any advance payments already made will not be refunded.

Escorts may cancel the date in the event of sustained disruptions or behaviour in breach of contract by the client. In the event of cancellation for the aforementioned reasons, neither the fee nor the travel expenses incurred will be refunded.

If the date cannot be attended by the desired escort lady, the agency will offer the client a date with another escort lady. If a placement is not in the interest of the customer, any deposit paid will be refunded. Other claims against the agency are excluded.</p

Clients and escorts are free to cancel the date after the first meeting. In this case, the agency expects prompt notification of the cancellation of the date. In this case, clients are only required to pay the travelling expenses incurred and a lump sum of EUR 100.00.

5. Data protection/prohibition of circumvention of the agency

The agency processes personal customer data in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations. Detailed information on data processing can be found in the agency’s privacy policy.</p

Since the escorts predominantly pursue a serious main profession, discretion is very important to them. Private contacts with clients or private contact attempts by clients are not desired. Clients will not ask escorts for their personal details and will not contact them directly, but will always use the agency to arrange a date.

6. Condom obligation/other obligations of customers

Due to legal regulations in the ProstSchG, clients and escorts must use condoms during sexual intercourse. Violations of the obligation to use condoms are an administrative offence and can be punished by the authorities with a severe fine (for customers).

Clients will be on their best behavior during the date and behave like true gentlemen. This means that clients will not ask the escorts for their personal details or contact them directly, but will always use the agency to arrange a date.

Customers will also ensure that the escorts are not endangered or damaged in their physical integrity or property during the date. Customers are liable for all damages incurred by the escorts through their own fault during the execution of the contract.

7. Final provisions

Insofar as individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid or the terms and conditions contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining parts shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or missing provisions, the respective statutory provisions shall apply.</p

German law applies. Irrespective of this, customers domiciled abroad can always invoke the law of the country in which they are domiciled.
